The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qiwa platform announced a decrease in the duration of its service terms for businesses. This is done in an effort to speed up growth and productivity processes as well as provide the greatest labor sector assistance.

By making electronic services quickly and automatically available, the platform said through its official Twitter account that it aimed to shorten the length of procedures, simplify business operations, increase productivity, and protect the rights of both parties to a contract.

According to the platform, instant services include the issuance of professional visas, which previously took up to eight months, the process for changing an employee’s profession, which previously took three months, and the process for transferring an employee’s service, which previously took eight months to complete.

The platform acknowledged that its goal is to make these procedures easier in order to raise productivity and quality standards, make the labor market more appealing, and safeguard the facility and its staff in the long run.
