About Beyond Borders

We help businesses cross the boundaries that hold them back.

Our Mission

Beyond Borders exists to make the Middle East accessible to every ambitious business. Setting up in a new market should not mean months of confusion, bureaucracy, and costly mistakes. We built our practice to change that.

Since our founding we have helped over 500 entities establish operations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC โ€” from multinational corporations opening regional headquarters to entrepreneurs launching their first venture in the Kingdom.

Our Beliefs

01
Transparency builds trust
We give clients fixed fees, honest timelines, and straight answers โ€” even when the news is not what they hoped for.
02
Compliance is non-negotiable
Taking shortcuts on regulatory compliance is never worth it. We do it right the first time so our clients never face penalties or reputational risk.
03
One team, one relationship
We believe clients deserve a single point of contact who understands their whole picture โ€” not a different specialist for every question.
04
The region rewards patience
The Middle East is one of the world's most exciting growth markets. Businesses that invest in doing things properly reap the rewards.

Our Story

The founders of Beyond Borders spent years navigating the complexity of the Saudi and GCC business landscape first-hand โ€” as employees, as investors, and as entrepreneurs. What they found was a market full of opportunity but with a high friction cost for newcomers.

Beyond Borders was built to remove that friction. Today our team of specialists covers every discipline a growing business needs: legal and entity formation, HR and immigration, government relations, logistics, and more โ€” all under one roof.

We believe that when businesses succeed in the Middle East, the whole region benefits. That conviction drives everything we do.

We're growing our team.

If you are passionate about the Middle East and want to help ambitious businesses succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
